The Legacy Center houses an aquatics center which consists of a lazy river, a water slide, a children’s play area, a spa, and a lap pool. Water exercises have been shown to be ideal for the elderly. You can jog around the lazy river, swim laps, or join a water aerobics workout
If you’re up for a game of basketball, you’re in luck! The Legacy Center has 2 full-size courts. You can sign up for times to have the court for your own private group.
Are weights, workout machines or a track more your style? The whole second floor is dedicated to this type of workout. The track circles the free weights, weight machines, treadmills, and other exercise equipment. There’s even an elevator to access that floor.
The Lehi Legacy Center also has a senior citizens’ center. They have planned activities, classes, and trips. You can even stay for a nutritious lunch. There’s always a fun group gathered.
