With spring finally in full bloom and summer right around the corner, warm weather and adventure are calling! Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point:
Every year, Thanksgiving Point opens its doors to visitors looking to take in all the splendor of the tulip season. With over 750,000 spring flowers and 50 acres of exploration, this fun family-friendly activity will surely have something for everyone. Summer Concerts at Usana Amphitheater:
30 minutes down the road from Starhaven Villas, lies Usana Amphitheater — a massive sprawling outdoor concert venue hosting bands from nearly every genre and era all throughout the summer. With reserved seating and plenty of room on the back lawn, nothing beats spending an evening in the great outdoors listening to world-class music. Utah Arts Festival:
From June 23-25, art takes over Library Square in downtown Salt Lake. Covering every medium from photography, videography, painting, poetry, dancing, music, and more, this event is a great way to engage with local and global artists. Days of ’47 Parade:
Taking place in Downtown Salt Lake City, the Days of ’47 parade is hosted every July 24th in celebration of the arrival of Utah’s pioneers to settle the Salt Lake Valley. Festivities include a parade through the streets of downtown Salt Lake, a rodeo, games, food, dancing, and other family-friendly activities. Sandy Hot Air Balloon Festival:
Taking place every August, Sandy City plays host to their annual Hot Air Balloon Festival. Along with plenty of amazing balloons to check out, the event also boasts a concert, 5k race, food trucks, and an evening drone light show.
